We also offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic services. If additional testing is required, we can find you cost effective solutions of the highest quality. We are not a broker but a full service health care provider and as such we are able to review the records and recommend appropriate investigations. We will review results for you, analyze those results and give you follow-up reports based on the findings.
We recognize that time is of the essence and we pledge to give you service within the timeframe that is needed.
Our objectives are to:
- Maintain a roster of service providers and which is fully credentialed to the highest standard
- Provide services throughout the Province of Ontario
- Deliver completed reports within 5 business days of assessment completion
- Deliver (if requested) a limited quick fax response on the day of assessment
Fee Policy:
Assessment plans are provided in advance and agreed upon prior to proceeding with the service. Any variation from estimated fees requires customer authorization in advance. We maintain an extensive list of fully credentialed providers and whenever possible purchase services in bulk. As a result, we are able to offer very competitive rates for individual services.
